Student Activities Office Priority Event Date Request for Recognized Student Groups and Resident Halls:


The Student Activities Office is now accepting requests for the use of the Duncan Student Center, LaFortune Student Center, Washington Hall, Stepan Center, and outdoor grounds  for the 2018-19 academic year. Active student groups recognized by SAO may request the use of the various venue listed below. Recognized student groups have scheduling priority through this priority date selection period.  Follow the link to the Date Request Form for each venue located below and submit your group’s top three choices of venue spacePriority requests must be received no later than April 6th, 2018. While the Student Activities Office strives to accommodate all requests to their preferred space, there may be alternative venue accommodations made given availability.  Requests received after the deadline will be considered on a first come, first served basis along with requests from all other users. This is your group’s opportunity to request dates before the events calendar is available to all other users.



Steps for reserving a venue

1. Follow the link to submit your top 3 date choices by April 6, 2018


2. You will be notified of your assigned dates by April 21st, 2018 and   directed to submit a SAO360 request.


    3. Once the SAO360 request is approved, your date and space will be confirmed via the SAO360 request and venue calendar.
